We are Me & Fred – an indie-folk singer-songwriting duo from Arnside, Cumbria in England.

This is our debut, "Sweet Anticipation", released on our 1st Birthday - 9th April 2019.

All 12 songs have been written by us and we are excited to share our musings on love, life and loss with you.
